If somebody creates or uses the invention without your permissions, then inventor can sue that the person in court and make them to stop. The inventors are mainly selling the patent to the other person or organization.

The patent is a term of the intellectual property. The patents are final up to mainly 20 years and it’s depending upon the country. Behind that, everyone can copy for this invention. In each country has its own patent like as: United States gives the United States patent. India gives the India patent and China gives the China patents. Below the World Trade Organization they uses the agreements on the Trade Related Aspects of the intellectual property rights, and all the form of protection is available must be in 20 years.

Methods of Patent: There are different types of methods such as:

Getting a Patent:  This is also known as patent application, in this inventor they can write the patent application because is mainly written by the person to trained by write the patent application.

Using a Patent:  The owner of this patent they can stop the other people for using their idea and information. If anyone other than the patent owner and they uses the patent it’s also known as infringing patent. The owner of the patent they gives the permission to use their patent, this is also known as license. If the person wants to use the other patent they will generally pay the money to owner of the patent.

What can be patented:  In this patent they are contains the new idea or new functional. They are concerned with the how the things work and how they made. The patent processes are considered the various things like as: electronics, medicines and transport.
